Dr. Kyle Holmes (Chiro)
Dr. Kyle Holmes is one of the most experienced posture correction chiropractors in Australia. He has been privileged enough to have been mentored by some of the most influential and successful chiropractors from here in Australia and the United States. Dr. Kyle relocated to Brisbane from Complete Chiropractic Dee Why on the northern beaches of Sydney.
Dr. Kyle’s practice is based around his strong belief that postural correction is the key to enjoying a pain-free and healthy lifestyle. He has seen many clinical cases where poor posture has led not only to back pain but also chronic upper and lower limb injuries and pain syndromes.
Dr. Kyle prides himself on providing each and every patient with the highest level of care. He aims to give every individual client the best possible recommendations to ensure they are getting the most out of their adjustments.
Dr. Clare Noble (Chiro)
Dr. Clare Noble shares with Dr. Kyle a passion for postural correction, having seen it have an enormous impact on many patients’ lives as well as helping her overcome her own debilitating disc injury from playing hockey.
She has worked all over Australia on all sorts of bodies and fell in love with Brisbane and settled here with her family two years ago. On the weekends you will find them enjoying the water or at the softball fields. Dr. Clare has always played sports and loves how Chiropractic helps with musculoskeletal performance and aiding in injury prevention.
As a mother herself she has a passion for helping women have the easiest possible pregnancies and positive birth experiences. She is looking forward to meeting you and your families soon.

Cath McKinney (Remedial Massage Therapist)
Cath is a passionate therapist with over 20 years experience in remedial massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, reflexology and emotional release techniques.
Having developed a deep understanding of the body’s ability to repair, relax and release, Cath believes true balance of the body is achieved through a wholistic approach including physical, mental and emotional health.
Cath is naturally compassionate and empathetic and provides a deeper understanding of clients experiencing pain having overcome injuries in her past.
As a mum, to 2 young men, Cath understands the demands of family life and the importance of maintaining the health of the whole family. As a national Physical Culture champion, Cath knows what it takes for the body to function at its best.
